We ask, right after the visit
Once a job is done or an appointment ends, your customer gets one short message — a single, simple question about how things went. No long forms, no friction.
ReviewRise automatically asks every customer for a review after their visit — by text and email — then gathers everything from Google, Facebook, and more into one calm dashboard where you can reply, share, and spot patterns.

“Friendly staff, zero waiting around, and everything was explained clearly. Easiest appointment I have had in years.”
“Booked in the morning, seen the same afternoon. The reminder texts alone are worth it.”

How ReviewRise works
Most satisfied customers never leave a review simply because nobody asked at the right moment. ReviewRise asks — politely, automatically, and every single time.
Once a job is done or an appointment ends, your customer gets one short message — a single, simple question about how things went. No long forms, no friction.
Happy customers are guided to share their experience on Google, Facebook, or the review site that matters most to you.
The survey takes under a minute. Requests go to every customer — happy or not — because honest, ungated feedback is what review platforms (and future customers) trust.
Reminder schedule
People get busy. If there is no response, ReviewRise follows up automatically with spaced, polite reminders — so a forgotten tap does not cost you a review.
One home for every review
Reviews from Google, Facebook, and the industry sites your customers actually use flow into a single inbox — ready to read, reply to, delegate, and share.
Answer reviews from every platform in one place. Save your best responses as templates, and assign any review to a teammate when someone else should follow up.
When a customer tells the survey things went badly, you hear about it right away — while there is still time to call, apologise, and make it right. Every customer is still free to post publicly; nothing is ever hidden or blocked.
Turn your strongest reviews into a live feed on your own website and ready-made posts for social media. Fresh, genuine proof — updated automatically as new reviews arrive.
Feedback insights
A star average alone does not run a business. ReviewRise reads across all your feedback and groups it into themes — waiting times, friendliness, price, cleanliness — so recurring comments surface as clear trends instead of scattered anecdotes.
Built for your kind of business
From a single-chair salon to a multi-location clinic group, the flow is the same: ask everyone, reply to everyone, learn from everyone.
Common questions
Request a free review check and we will map your ratings across the major review sites, show how you compare locally, and outline the simplest way to grow from there. No obligation, no pressure.
Get My Free Review CheckReviewRise plugs into the rhythm you already have. A visit ends, a job closes, an invoice is paid — that moment is when a review request works best, and it is the moment ReviewRise sends it.
Step 1 · Connect
Link your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, and any industry review profiles you care about. Then add customers in whatever way suits you: a CSV upload, a connection to your booking or invoicing tool, a simple web form your front desk uses, or a QR code on the counter for walk-ins.
Your business name and branding appear on every message, so customers always know exactly who is asking.
Step 2 · Ask
Long surveys get abandoned, so ours asks a single question first. Customers who rate their experience are then invited to share it publicly on the review site of your choice. Customers who had a rough time are invited to tell you more privately — and you are notified on the spot. Nobody is blocked, bribed, or filtered: that is both the ethical choice and the one Google's rules require.
Step 3 · Remind
The first request lands when goodwill is highest, but life gets in the way. ReviewRise sends a short reminder after a few days and one final nudge a few days after that — then stops. Enough persistence to matter, never enough to annoy. Customers can opt out at any point with a single tap, and opted-out contacts are never messaged again.
Bar widths are illustrative. Your dashboard shows the real numbers for your business.
Step 4 · Manage & learn
Every public review flows into one inbox. Reply from there, assign tricky ones to a teammate, and publish your favourites to your website and social channels with a couple of clicks. Meanwhile the insights view quietly tracks themes and sentiment, so the “why” behind your rating is never a mystery.
ReviewRise is deliberately focused: get more genuine reviews, answer them faster, share them wider, and understand them better.
Getting reviews
Requests go out on their own after each visit or job, using your business name and branding. Choose the delay — minutes or hours — and ReviewRise handles the rest.
Two friendly follow-ups, spaced days apart, stop automatically on reply or opt-out. Persistence without pestering — and quiet hours are always honoured.
A single star-rating question with an optional comment. Short enough to finish on a phone in the car park — which is exactly where many reviews get written.
Printable counter cards and a short link for receipts, invoices, and email signatures, for businesses whose customers are not in a booking system.
Google and Facebook included on every plan, plus the directories that matter in your trade — healthcare, legal, home services, hospitality, and more.
Requests go to all customers with no filtering, no incentives, and no fake reviews — the approach Google's policies demand and customers respect.
Managing reviews
Every review from every site, in one feed, with filters for site, rating, location, and reply status. Nothing slips through because it posted somewhere you rarely check.
Reply in place, without logging into each platform. Build a small library of templates for common situations, then personalise each answer in seconds.
Hand a review to the manager, clinician, or technician involved, with a note and a due date. Everyone sees what is handled and what is still waiting.
Publish a live review feed on your website with a small snippet of code, and turn standout reviews into tidy social posts. Your happiest customers become your loudest marketing.
New review? You know within moments — especially the low ones, so a service problem can be addressed while a conversation is still possible.
When the survey reveals a poor experience, the right person on your team is notified immediately with the customer's own words — a chance to recover the relationship the same day.
Understanding reviews
Watch your average rating and review volume week by week, per location, so you can see whether changes you make are actually landing with customers.
Feedback is grouped into the topics customers actually raise — staff, speed, price, cleanliness, communication — counted over time so recurring issues cannot hide in a long comment list.
A short, readable report: what customers loved, what they flagged, and how each location compares. Written for owners, not analysts.
The demo dashboard uses made-up example data so you can click around freely — reply to a review, filter by stars, and watch the numbers respond.
Open the Interactive DemoIn every trade below, customers compare two or three businesses and pick the one strangers vouch for. ReviewRise keeps a steady flow of those vouches coming.
Nervous patients research carefully before booking. ReviewRise sends a request shortly after each appointment — while the relief of a painless visit is fresh — and routes feedback from hygiene, treatment, and front-desk visits into one place for the practice manager.
Clients leave looking great and feeling generous — the perfect review moment passes in minutes. Automated requests catch it at the till or in the car, and your best reviews feed straight onto your booking page where new clients are deciding.
Diners trust recent reviews over any advert. A QR code on the bill or table tent invites feedback while the meal is still the topic of conversation, and low ratings reach the manager privately and instantly — not as a surprise a week later.
Plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and HVAC teams win work area by area, review by review. The request fires when the job is marked complete in the field — no office admin, no remembering — and location reporting shows which neighbourhoods your reputation is growing in.
Patients choosing a clinic lean heavily on other patients' words. ReviewRise keeps requests respectful and brief, never asks for health details, and gives multi-site groups a single view across locations while keeping each site's feedback distinct.
Clients rarely talk about legal matters unprompted — but a discreet, well-timed request after a matter closes changes that. ReviewRise helps firms build a public record of the care clients already describe privately, practice area by practice area.
If your customers check reviews before they call — trades, retail, fitness, automotive, real estate, pet care — the same system works. Ask us and we will tell you honestly whether ReviewRise fits.

Why businesses switch
At $299 per location, an enterprise platform can cost a single-site business more than ten times our starting price — every month, before it has collected a single extra review. ReviewRise starts at $19 for founding clients (Standard $29/mo) because it was built for the businesses that actually make up most high streets.
Requests, reminders, one inbox for replies, a website review feed — the tools that move your rating are included on both plans, not locked behind tiers and add-on modules you have to discover one invoice at a time.
No “book a demo to see pricing”, no quote that depends on how the sales call goes. Our plans are published, setup is free, and there is no long-term contract — if we stop earning your money, you stop paying it.
See the full ReviewRise plans, or start with a free review check — we will map your current ratings and show you exactly where you stand before you spend anything.
This is a working mock-up with invented example data. Filter the reviews, open a reply box, post an answer — nothing here is real, and nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere.
Fictional demo data, drawn as a simple trend line.
Took my son in for a check-up and the team were brilliant with him — patient, funny, and no lectures. Booking the next visit took ten seconds at the desk.
Had a crown fitted over two visits. Everything was explained before it happened, including the cost. No surprises, no pain. Rare and appreciated.
Great dentist and lovely staff. Only reason for four stars is I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time. Otherwise faultless.
Treatment itself was fine but I was billed differently from the quote I was given. Tried calling twice and could not get through to anyone who could explain it.
As someone who avoided dentists for years, the patience here genuinely changed that. Reminder texts, honest advice, zero pressure to book extras.
ReviewRise exists because of a simple frustration — the businesses that treat customers best are rarely the ones with the most reviews. The loudest feedback loop wins online, and it usually belongs to whoever shouts, not whoever serves.
Ask a room of business owners who gives better service — them or their biggest competitor — and nearly everyone picks themselves. Then check the review sites and the story flips: the competitor has hundreds of reviews, they have eleven, and three of those are from 2019. It is almost never a quality problem. It is an asking problem. Happy customers leave quietly; unhappy ones leave loudly. ReviewRise closes that gap by asking everyone, every time, in a way that takes the customer under a minute.
We are a remote-first team — no headquarters, no commute, colleagues collaborating across time zones. That keeps our costs low, our prices honest, and our support hours wide. When you write to us, you reach a person who knows the product, not a script.

ReviewRise (“we”, “us”) provides review management software to local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions go to privacy@reviewrise.example (placeholder address during preview).
When a customer answers a survey, we process their rating, any comment they write, and basic delivery information (for example, whether a message was delivered or opened, and whether they opted out). We never ask customers for health, financial, or other sensitive details, and our surveys are designed so businesses cannot request them.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run ReviewRise (for example, messaging carriers that deliver texts and emails, and payment processors), under contracts that limit them to providing that service. Reviews a customer posts publicly are, by their nature, visible on the platform where they posted them.
Every request message includes a simple way to stop further messages. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently for that business. Businesses can delete their customer data from ReviewRise at any time, and account holders can request full account deletion by contacting us.
We keep account information while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards where the law requires it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to team members who need it, and we review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, current measures to protect what you entrust to us.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will note the change here and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email before it takes effect.

ReviewRise provides software that helps businesses request customer feedback, monitor and respond to online reviews, share reviews, and analyse feedback themes. Both plans include the core features described on the Pricing page; they differ only in price and availability.
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity under your login. You must have the right to contact every customer you add — for example, because they are your genuine customer and applicable messaging laws permit the message.
Breaking these rules can lead to suspension, because they put your business's listings — and every honest business's trust in reviews — at risk.
Plans are billed monthly as shown on the Pricing page: the Founding plan is $19/mo for the first 10 clients only, and the Standard plan is $29/mo. Setup is free. There is no long-term contract: you may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Reviews already posted on third-party platforms are unaffected by cancellation.
ReviewRise works alongside platforms such as Google and Facebook but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Those platforms control their own listings and may change their rules or remove content at their discretion; we are not responsible for their decisions.
Your business data and customer lists remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time while your account is active.
We work to keep ReviewRise available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms: legal@reviewrise.example (placeholder address during preview).
